Payment Policy

• 100% advance payment is required to start the project.
• Monthly retainers are billed upfront.
• Late payments may cause project delays.

Refund Policy

Since our services involve time, strategy, and effort, we do not offer refunds once a project or campaign has started.
However, we ensure complete cooperation to achieve agreed goals.
